This is your chance to join the Intermediate/Advanced Saber and Intermediate Foil camp led by our elite coaching staff.
MFC's program is designed to prepare you for the next step as a high level competitor :
Physical training and preparation - Footwork and technical drills - Tactical exercises and instruction - Competition and bouting with the best fencers in the country.
Camp fee includes all training, open bouting after camp hours, locker and tournament.
Saber Daily Schedule:
Group A (everyone ranked D and above) 1:30pm-3:30pm and 4:30pm-7pm
Group B (everyone ranked E and below) 11:30am-1:30pm and 3:30pm-6pm
Foil Daily Schedule:
10am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm

Late Registration after May 11th: $650 for non members, $600 for members

2013 MFC Sleep Away Summer Camp

If your goal is to make the National Team or be a top ranked International fencer, this is the right camp for you. Camp will be in the foil and saber with some of the best coaching staff in the US.
Saber campers include many top fencers from the United States in addition to the Russian Junior Men's and Women's National Team.

The camp is located on a secluded 350 acre estate in the Pocono Mountains of the Northeast Pennsylvania, just outside the village of Honesdale.
Modern Facilities: Cayuga features some of the most comprehensive facilities available in camping today: comfortable cabins, 2 pools, private lake, equestrian center, tennis center, 2 gyms, pottery room, creative arts pavilions, skate park, hockey rink, ropes course, game room, overnight sites, petting zoo, and much more.
Ideal for fencers with at least 1 year of competitive experience ages 11+. Younger fencers will be permitted only with the supervision of their coaches.
Dates: August 18-27,2013
Check in on August 18th is between 2pm and 3pm.
Camp includes:
• Three meals per day
• Two fencing practices per day and one general physical preparation practice
• Outside swimming pool and life guard
• Camp t-shirt
• Coaching: Physical training and preparation, Footwork and technical drills, Tactical exercises and instruction, Bouting and competitions.
• Transportation to and from camp will be available at an additional fee if we have enough requests.
Space is limited.
